Right now there is only one tour operator that is permitted to take you into this cave, Oxalis Tours. For a 5 day/4 night trek it will cost you $3,000 USD and includes 2 nights before and after the cave expedition. They operate from February to August with 10 travelers maximum. They also offer a photography trip.
It is a pretty difficult trek, but this would be a perfect excuse to get in tip-top shape again.
